Membership Services Liaison Position at The River Club of NY

This position of Membership Services Liaison is a newly created role and will work with and report to the Director of Membership. The successful candidate for Membership Services Liaison will be based in the Front Office but will be tasked specifically with elevating the member experience and service levels. This will be achieved by evaluating and re-thinking current standard operating procedures, creating a formal concierge program that is in line with members’ expectations and needs, setting the bar and being an example to others by doing.

As this is a newly created position, the successful candidate will have input over time on how this position evolves. There is expectation that this role will grow and advance should the individual thrive and prove successful in achieving the position’s goals.

The ideal candidate has the following:

  • Luxury hospitality experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive disposition and a do-er
  • Understanding and comfort with both operations and sales/marketing
  • Rooms experience a plus
  • Must have availability and flexibility for both weekday and weekend work.
