Each restaurant registrant is entitled to:

  • $100.00 for the table *SPECIAL PRICING*
  • One display table (6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) with black linen
  • One prep table (6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) with black linen
  • Vendor liability insurance
  • Venue corkage charges waived
  • 3 company representatives allowed to attend

Catered item for 300 attendees must be provided by the restaurant

General Vendors

Each General Vendor is entitled to:

  • $525.00 for the table *SPECIAL PRICING*
  • One table (6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) with black linen
  • Vendor liability insurance
  • 2 company representatives allowed to attend

Corporate Members

Each Corporate Member is entitled to:

  • $400.00 for the table *SPECIAL PRICING*
  • One table (6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) with black linen
  • Vendor liability insurance
  • 2 company representatives allowed to attend

If your company was a paid-up Corporate Member of NYCAHC as of March, 2020, you quality for the Corporate Rate.  Non-qualifying organizations registering at the corporate rate will be offered the option to re-register at the general vendor rate of $525.00.  If you have any questions about your membership status, please write to our Director of Corporate Membership and Vice President Mr. Charlie Loor to inquire.
