Corporate membership

For businesses that serve hotel guests in New York. Corporate members meet the Concierges of the city's hotels, appear in the partner directory and take part in the association's year.

What corporate membership brings

Since 1987 the association has brought the city's hotel Concierges together. Corporate members meet them through the year.

  • Meet the city's Concierges

Your representatives attend the monthly general membership meetings with Concierges from hotels across New York, where corporate members present their business.

  • Events you host

Propose dinners, tastings, cruises and previews for Concierges from your corporate portal. The Social Director approves each event before members are invited.

  • Your place in the directory

A listing in the partner directory with your logo and a short description. You may also use the NYCAHC logo on your website, as approved in writing by the Board.

  • The Trade Show

Vendors, Concierges, hotel managers and sales teams meet at the annual Hospitality Expo & Trade Show. Gold and Platinum members receive a discounted or complimentary table.

It does not apply to former corporate members who rejoin or to members changing levels, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

How joining works

Review takes one to three months.

  1. Step 1: Apply online

Tell us about your business, choose your level and name your representatives.

  2. Step 2: Review

The Corporate Membership Director reviews your application, and new corporate members are announced to the membership for feedback.

  3. Step 3: Board decision

The Board of Directors votes and lets you know the result.

  4. Step 4: Welcome

Once you are approved, you receive the invoice for your level's annual fee and access to the corporate portal.

Membership terms

The association's rules for corporate members:

  • The membership belongs to the business, association or organization, not to a person.
  • Your company names up to two representatives. How many of them attend each general membership meeting depends on your level.
  • Membership runs by calendar year, January to December. A business that joins during the year pays the full fee of its level, and its first year ends on December 31. Renewal is at the discretion of the Board.
