The Crisis Fund

Financial help for member Concierges facing a temporary loss of job or income, involuntary separation, or a death in the family.

Members ask in confidence through the member portal, and only the Board members responsible for the Fund read the requests. Gifts to the Crisis Fund go to the association, a 501(c)(6) organization, and are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Online gifts are coming soon. Until then, please write to the Board at bod@nycahc.org.

Asking the Crisis Fund for help

The Crisis Fund helps members facing a temporary loss of job or income, involuntary separation, or a death in the family.

Members ask for help through the private request form in the member portal, under Crisis Fund. Only the Board members responsible for the Fund read requests, and every time a request is opened, it is recorded. Our emails about a request never include its details, and you never need to share health details.

If you cannot sign in, website support at contact@nycahc.org will help you get in. Please do not send the details of your situation by email.
