How joining works

Processing may take up to three months. While you wait, you are welcome at general meetings as a guest.

  1. Step 1: Attend two meetings

Come as a guest to two general membership meetings. Their dates go on your application.

  2. Step 2: Apply online

Your progress is saved as you go, so you can finish from your phone.

  3. Step 3: Letters arrive directly

Your recommending member and your hotel's general manager or human resources team send their letters through a secure link.

  4. Step 4: Board review

The Membership Director checks your application and the Board decides. You can follow each step.

  5. Step 5: Welcome

Once you are approved, sign in to the member portal and meet your colleagues at the next meeting.
